CANCELLING THE COURSE

Courses can be cancelled by sending fax communication to the Dante Alighieri Institute of Rimini

If the fax is received up to 20 weekdays before the commencement of the course itself, 20% of the course fee shall be forfeited and withheld by the school.

If the fax is received from 19-10 weekdays before the commencement of the course itself, 30% of the course fee shall be forfeited and withheld by the school.

If the fax is received 9 weekdays or less before the commencement of the course itself , the entire fee shall be forfeited and withheld by the school.

There is no refund for students who begin a course late or should decide not to terminate such course.
Course fees cannot be transferred to other students.

If the student should find it necessary to postpone or interrupt the course for very serious reasons, he may ask for a “letter of credit” for that portion of the course already paid for but will not be attending. The “letter of credit” is valid for the ongoing academic year.
