REGULATIONS

In order that the study holiday proceeds smoothly it is sufficient to respect a few simple rules.

The student is required to complete full payment with the management before the start of the chosen course (prices are subject to VAT and the invoicing will be carried out on payment)

The student must be well behaved and must pay for any damages caused by him within the school and to didactic material, furniture, electronic equipment and anything else belonging to the school. In case of damage of any kind to other students or visitors to the school the Managemant does not accept any responsibility and any eventual dispute must regard only the parties involved.

To be able to take the final exam in order to obtain the “Dante Alighieri Certificate of Study” it is necessary that the student attends at least 80% of the course.

The student is covered by accident insurance within the school buildings and can ask the Management for a copy of the insurance contract in which the procedures, times, quotes and cases which are covered by the insurance are listed. The Management is in no way responsible for the lack of insurance payout due to the student not knowing the relative terms of the insurance.

The student may use the didactic and leisure material (books, magazines, videocassettes, cd-roms etc) provided by the Institute on compilation of the loan form held by the secretary (maximum loan duration: a week). The Institute reserves the right to ask for reimbursement for the loaned material in the case that it is not returned complete or it is damaged. To use the interactive material (cd-rom) the student may use the multimedia room within the school, subject to prior booking with the secretary.

Every week any afternoon or evening extra curricular activities organised by the Institute will be displayed in the foyer of the school. On adhesion, payment is required in order to guarantee the booking following the established procedures. In case of lack of participation, the amount will not be refunded.

The Institute does not accept responsibility for the personal belongings of the student within the school environment. .
