The Management of the Istituto Dante Alighieri of Rimini reserves the right to decide, in any of the case not mentioned above, if reimbursement or not for the entire amount of the course or part of it:

A request for cancellation of the course reaches the Institute 10 business days (from Monday to Friday) or less, before the date of the start of the course, sent by fax or certified mail.
The student is not able to find accommodation consistent to their needs or does not find the accommodation provided by the Institute suitable.
The student must removed from the Institute for not observing the rules inside or outside of the Institute.

The registration fee will never be reimbursed.
