If you live in Europe and your cellular is a GSM, you can use it in Italy, but you will pay an international fee even when you receive phone calls. If you do not live in Europe, ask your phone company if there is some sort of contract that will work with the four Italian companies (TIM, VODAFONE, WIND, 3). Almost all the pharmacies are closed every Saturday, but it depends on the zone that you are in; and on Sundays very few are open due to the fact that they rotate. The hairdressers are closed during the day on Monday. The time of opening for stores can vary depending of the type of store: supermarkets: 8:00-13:00/16:00/20:00 (variations are possible), all others: 9:00-13:00/16:00-20:00 (variations are possible).
